The Boyd Condominium

Designed as an addition to an existing apartment building, this sculptural rooftop apartment is an exciting counterpoint to the otherwise conventional architecture of the existing 1940's era apartment building on which it sits. The diagonal orientation of the plan and expanses of corner glass create view ports to the surrounding city while its vertical copper fins anchor the addition to the building while referencing the nearby church spires.
