A complete restoration of a 1903 landmark school is the centerpiece of a new condominium project. Two new apartment buildings frame a new landscaped courtyard/green roof that covers 70 below grade parking spaces. Flagler Place recalls neighborhood design with a rhythm of bays and gables. 2nd & V, expressed as two traditional apartment buildings and townhouses, has an arcade that frames a school entrance.
