Two freestanding 1960’s office buildings are connected with a glass bridge to create a single 30,000 square foot modern office condominium building. The combined buildings share an elevator and single sets of toilets and stairs. A modern composition of metal and glass bays, entrance canopies, and landscaped entry court unify the two previously mismatched buildings.
