The Jordan  Arlington, VA
The proposed 4-story, 97,000 square foot structure contains 90 units, over 80% of which are multi-bedroom family apartments. The J-shaped plan faces three streets and a pedestrian path divides the site from the office building to the east. The residences surround a landscaped courtyard allowing for private outdoor recreation. The facades are clad in brick masonry with orange brick across the first three floors of the building. The entrance is differentiated with buff colored masonry and a metal crown.
