A 16-unit, 30,000 SF site at the located at 2426 Ontario Road NW, is a combination of one and two bedroom units. The design reflects the image of two townhouses broken up with the massing of the facade. This “S” shaped design allows natural light to pass through each unit on at least two sides. Other elements of the design include a south facing central courtyard, and seven above grade parking spaces. Each unit will either have a balcony, terrace or roof deck.
