Designed in accordance with the Nauck Village Center Action Plan, this 94-unit affordable multi-family residential building is one of the first major components of the revitalization effort in the Nauck community on Shirlington Road in Arlington, VA. The u-shaped building closely follows the boundary of the streets creating a large and inviting interior courtyard. The project includes ground floor retail that will enliven the street and 108 underground parking spaces.
