Macedonia Apartments is a multi-family affordable housing project conforming to the Nauck Village Center Action Plan. Located on Shirlington Road, contains 35 one and two bedroom units with underground parking. The facade, constructed predominately of unit masonry, is comprised of three planes placed at different depths to accentuate the elements of the building. The ground floor includes incubator and community office space, and an intensive green roof terrace occupies the north half of the 4th floor.
