The complete renovation of Jubilee Housing’s Ontario Court building is part of a larger phased rejuvenation of Jubilee’s stock of affordable housing in Washington’s Adams-Morgan neighborhood. Ontario Court features 27 fully renovated and newly configured 1, 2, and 3-bedroom affordable apartments. It includes a terraced landscaped courtyard and new building systems. A 24-hour state-of-the-art childcare facility – JumpStart, separate from the residences above, is located within the expanded lower level.
