As a new gateway to the re-emerging Logan Circle residential district to the north, this nine-story, 77-unit condominium with two levels of underground parking defines itself as a modern statement of form, materials, and space. The facade design incorporates a rich palate of contemporary expression including colored concrete unit masonry, aluminum framed glass bay windows, and projecting balconies with custom railings to create a tapestry of color and form.
