Located atop the Benning Road Metro, Benning Station is a mixed-use project which combines 180,000 SF of commercial office, 18,000 SF of street level retail, and 100,000 SF of below-grade parking for up to 280 cars. The project will provide at-grade loading below a storm water recovery courtyard, which will be shared by a 50-unit residential addition. A gateway to future smart-growth development concentrated at the Benning Road Metro, this project is anticipated to achieve LEED Silver certification.
