Tresser Square  Washington, DC
This conceptual design located in Stamford, CT proposes the development of a mixed-use project with 900,000 square feet of residential space, 750,000 square feet of office space and 50,000 square feet of retail. The site includes two primary parcels of land that are separated by Tresser Boulevard. At the northeast corner of the site sits the historic St. John’s church and rectory. The design seeks to create a dense and vibrant pedestrian friendly downtown as directed by the city’s Master Plan.
