Capital One Master Plan Tyson's Corner, VA A 10-year old suburban office plan is re-imagined as a lively mixed-use urban village and gateway to Tyson's Corner on METRO's new Silver Line. Retail, amenities and civic open space activate pedestrian circulation overlaid on an axial street grid. The pedestrian friendly transit-oriented development is designed to meet LEED ND criteria, exploits connections with Metro and Scott's Run, integrating parking behind retail and residential street-front wrappers. Buildings will be designed to achieve a minimum of LEED Silver certification.
