Located on a unique 27 feet wide site, this five unit residential project features angled floor to ceiling glazing and exterior balconies set within a masonry frame. Steel hoops containing planters complete the glass bay geometry and crown the building, while integrating the geometric composition of materials. Internally, a high-speed hydraulic elevator opens directly into the living areas of each duplex unit while an internal stair allows access to the mezzanine level within.
