America Online purchased 120 acres to accommodate rapid corporate growth. A 2.2 million sf master plan includes 12 buildings and seven parking structures, set in a natural landscape. Highlights include: Creative Center 1, conversion and expansion of warehouse into office use; Creative Center 2, a new building with sophisticated systems and sustainable design features; and AOL's Tech Center, with 90,000 sf of access floor and operational in 10 months from design commencement.
