As part of a repositioning strategy for this ageing commercial building in Tysons Corner Virginia, we provided design and implementation for a complete public space renovation and ADA upgrade of this 380,000 SF, 2 building complex. Each of 3 main double-height lobbies were completely redesigned, with new specialty lighting, floor, wall and ceiling architecture, with new seating and concierge areas. The project was constructed while the building was fully occupied.
