Senior Team Leader | Senior Project Architect

12-20 Years of Experience

We are seeking an 12-20 year architect with experience in commercial, multi-family residential and mixed-use projects to join our team. Architectural licensure required; LEED accreditation is a plus. Candidate must be a design and detail oriented professional with strong communication, management, and organizational skills. Candidate must have an excellent understanding of construction details, methods and materials. AutoCAD experience required – Revit a plus.

Tasks include helping with the day-to-day management of multiple projects and our talented staff, coordination/presentations with clients, review agencies and the community, and coordination of design and construction documentation.

Project Architect

5-10 Years of Experience

We are seeking a talented Project Architect with very strong design skills to join our team in our Washington, DC office on the vibrant 14th Street corridor. The Project Architect will be a key member of a team involved with challenging urban mixed-use, multi-family, commercial and institutional projects in the greater Washington region. This is a good role for someone who is technically proficient and enjoys working with a highly creative, collaborative team dedicated to innovative problem-solving and excellence. 

Requisites skills are strong design, planning, and problem-solving capabilities; excellent verbal and written communication skills; and proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Autodesk, as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe products. Licensed architects are preferred. Successful candidates will be self-starting, flexible, have experience collaborating with principals, mentoring others, and working on multiple projects for nationally known and strong local clients.
