Previously the site of a used car lot, the prominent corner of Highland Street and 10th Street N in the Clarendon neighborhood of Arlington is anchored by a new five-story, 143-unit mixed-use building, geared to a vibrant, young demographic. The Ten at Clarendon features luxury, affordable, and eight live/work units, office space and 3,700 SF of ground-floor retail. Amenities include a rooftop lounge, outdoor kitchen and communal table, ground-floor bike workshop, fitness center and yoga room and  teleworking space. The development is targeting LEED® Gold Certification and will feature one bicycle space per unit to promote sustainability and a healthy lifestyle that benefits both residents and the entire neighborhood.
