The building sits on 2 levels of on grade parking carefully installed above environmental ‘hot spots’ of its former industrial uses. The rooftop incorporates a restaurant/lounge with outdoor seating reached from a glass elevator. The building materials – brick, metal panels, concrete and glass – are sympathetic to the architecture of the historic manufacturing and residential structures. With its sustainable design features, the building is expected to achieve LEED Silver certification.
