Located at one of the busiest retail corners in Washington, DC, seven rowhouses had been used as small retail spaces with individual office spaces above.  The renovation with an addition allowed the first floor retail spaces to expand up into the second floor space.  The third floor of each rowhouse was connected to create a contiguous office or retail level that can be leased by single or multiple tenants. Openings cut into the party walls, within historic guidelines, allow views through adjacent spaces.
