The City of Baltimore Planning Director, Tom Stosur, the planning staff, and Urban Design and Architectural Review Panel members Gary Bowden, Pavlina Ilieva, and David Rubin connected with Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS last week for a tour of neighborhood redevelopment and large-scale projects in Washington, DC.
