Sarah has always been passionate about art because it’s where people can be totally free to express who they are. This led her to choose architecture as a major because she believes that combining both art and architecture will allow her to be much more creative. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the Islamic University of Gaza in Palestine.

Michael is a Master of Architecture student who was accepted into the Integrated Path to Architectural Licensure Program (IPAL), which is administrated by NCARB. The program is an accelerated licensure program developed to offer a comprehensive path to complete the AXP and ARE concurrently.

For the past 15 years, Karen May has worked tirelessly with Bill, David and members of the studio to effectively manage the firm’s business and human resources. As she leaves the company for retirement, we reflect on and celebrate the tremendous impact she has had and the lasting relationships she has made. The Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS team wishes Karen the very best of luck for this next chapter of life with her loving husband John, daughters Heather and Lauren, and her extended family and friends.
