Timothy C. Bullock

Project Team Leader

Tim Bullock, a native Washingtonian, grew up in DC and was educated in the DC Public School System. At a young age, he developed a curiosity about the built environment which led him to study Architecture at the University of the District of Columbia. Throughout his career, Tim kept abreast of the latest technology and applies this knowledge to creatively address challenges and achieve success in a wide range of projects including mixed-use, student, multifamily housing, single-family homes and large commercial developments. Additionally, Tim has directed and coordinated quality control reviews of construction documents at a high level, using his experience with building and zoning codes to oversee the design and constructability of projects. His passion for detail is exemplified through an astute approach to the technical assemblage of the built environment. Tim’s commitment to excellence combined with his seasoned experience in detailing high-quality architecture makes him an asset to any and all projects he is assigned.

Jae Hong Ahn

Architectural Designer

Jae Hong Ahn was originally born in Seoul, South Korea, but grew up in Chicago, Illinois. There, he pursued a Bachelor of Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology and graduated in 2018.
