Welcoming New Team Members

Please join us as we celebrate our three newest team members: Jing Zhang, Antoine Laduron, and intern, Tori Dickert! Our most recent additions to our dynamic team bring talent, perspective, energy, creativity, and skills that make Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS solutions for each project unique and special. 


JING ZHANG

SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

A passionate designer and planner, Jing Zhang brings 20 years of experience to the Bonstra | Haresign ARCHITECTS team. Throughout her practice, Jing has worked on different projects from large to small scale architecture design of mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, and workplace buildings. She has gained a strong knowledge of master planning, urban design, interior design, design development, documentation, and project management from her previous experience from design firms in both China and the US. Apart from her passion in architecture, Jing enjoys creating arts & crafts, photography, gardening, and organizing urban hiking activities.

ANTOINE LADURON

Antoine Laduron, born in Varades, France from a Belgian family, completed an exchange student program during his graduate school at ensa Nantes in France with the University of Miami School of Architecture, where he became a teaching assistant. Antoine brings his 4 years of international experience to the team. He believes that architecture is an approach to design that is mindful of the unique geography, history and scale of each project. Antoine believes that architecture should aim to push the boundaries between construction, ecology, and sociology reinforcing the human relationship with its surroundings including the use of materiality and details to build consciously. In addition to his architecture background, Antoine has a soccer coach degree and enjoys cooking and baking.

TORI DICKERT

ARCHITECTURAL INTERN

B.Arch, 2024 | Virginia Tech – WAAC

Tori joins us this fall semester as an intern and a 4th year architecture student at the Virginia Tech School of Architecture and Design at the Washington-Alexandria Architecture Center. One day, she hopes to become a licensed architect and lead her own design firm. Outside of the office, Tori enjoys sketching, photography, playing and watching softball, and spending time with family. She is an avid coffee drinker, loves Disney and has a dog named Pandi back home in Blacksburg, VA.
